- Mr. Milind Mhamal is currently working as Assistant Professor, Department of Library and Information Science, Goa University. He was a College Librarian at Fr. Agnel College of Arts & Commerce, Pilar Goa for 27 years. Counselor for IGNOU. Mr. Milind Mhamal is the first recipient of Goa Government's state award as Best Librarian. Beside being a librarian, he is creative writer, and translator. He was also a Co-ordinator of IGNOU Study Centre at Pilar Goa for 10 years.
